Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the EU, as well as Switzerland and Norway.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders within the EU, Switzerland, and Norway qualify for free standard shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Who handles your fulfilment?
All orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner, OGOship, located in Skurup, Sweden.
Returns & Refunds FAQs
Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, you can return unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact us at support@vireoperformance.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide a return label and instructions.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned product.
Can I exchange a product?
We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original order and place a new one.
